My Story
My journey in creative arts began at Italia Conti, where I attended part-time and later completed both BTEC 1st and BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. From there, I studied jazz, ballet, and tap at WAC for 3 years. These experiences allowed me to develop my skills and grow as a young performer.

Today, I am focused on my professional journey while always being passionate about helping young creatives achieve their goals and I have dedicated myself to sharing with and empowering communities.
​
My passion for dance began at a young age, and I’ve been blessed with an opportunity to work with some of the most talented individuals in the African and Caribbean theatre community. Once I had completed my training I was able to attract high-profile choreography positions within the Caribbean community, working for the Blue Mountain Theatre Company, Oliver Samuels, Miss Nubian Pageants, and Fusion Carnival Arts. ​​

​In addition to my vocational and teacher training as a performer, my academic journey began with a degree in Music Business & Arts Management, I then completed a Masters in Corporate Communications and Marketing. My work behind the scenes began to grow to include everything from artist direction, and event scheduling to music video creative support and so much more. ​​

As the Head of Production for Dice Productions, I had the privilege of bringing award-winning TV shows to life, including The Big Narstie Show and Big Narstie's Big Adventure.

My role as a freelancer in creative project management allows me to tackle diverse challenges. I joined the Talent Village agency for Disney Pixar's Luca campaign in its final week. My responsibilities were to schedule international placements for four crews and four influencer families, book their activities, and work with international Novotel Hotels across four countries.
As a creative project management professional, I am proud to offer my expertise in Creative Collaboration to businesses and individuals alike. At the heart of my project management philosophy is a deep commitment to collaboration and innovation. I take pride in the successful initiatives I have completed.
